1. Get a Daily Challenge: Everyone on Alyve gets a challenge each day, like doing a push-up or touching grass.

2. You’re Paired Anonymously: You’ll be matched with someone else doing the same challenge — but you won’t know who it is.

3. Do It to Reveal Them: Once you both complete the challenge and post proof, the other person is revealed and a 24-hour chat opens.

You can also dare a friend anonymously. They’ll get a message saying someone challenged them, but not who, until they complete it.
