Hello,
We have an important announcement:
Brelo is no longer the company responsible for managing payments under your loan agreement.
The responsible and new holder of its contract is TWIN INVESTIMENTOS E SERVIÇOS LTDA., a limited liability company, constituted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 688 – 5th Floor – Edifício Santa Fellipa – Bela Vista - São Paulo, State of São Paulo, CEP 01310-100, registered with the CNPJ/ME under number 10.469.471/0001-05 ("Twin").
From now on, all negotiations, unlocking, uninstalling, requesting bills and other queries must be carried out for the same, as we will no longer provide this support due to the transfer of the person responsible for the collection as a result of the transfer of ownership.
It is worth mentioning that it will no longer be possible to issue a ticket via the Brelo payments app, only in direct contact with the new Twin holder. Twin's contact details are as follows:
