FisioCare is an application developed by an intensive care physiotherapist, designed to facilitate clinical work and decision-making at the bedside.

It brings together tools, calculations, and scales used daily in ICUs, emergency rooms, and wards, focusing on precision, speed, and practicality.

🫁 Mechanical Ventilation and Oxygenation

✔ PEEP Titration: identifies the ideal PEEP based on static compliance (Cest) and Driving Pressure.

✔ PaO₂/FiO₂ Ratio: automatically calculates the PaFi ratio and classifies the severity of ARDS.

✔ ROX Index (CNAF): estimates the success of high-flow oxygen therapy according to the duration of use (2h, 6h, 12h).

✔ Ideal PaO₂ and FiO₂: provides the expected PaO₂ and FiO₂ values ​​according to the assessed patient.

⚖️ Patient Assessment

✔ Predicted Weight: automatic calculation based on height (WHO) and ideal tidal volume reference for ventilation adjustment.

✔ Estimated Height from Knee Height: estimates height from heel to knee measurement, useful for bedridden patients.
