When you have completed something, remove it from TimeTasker and get an updated countdown to show you what time you still have remaining. Don't stress and use TimeTasker instead!

If that's not enough, you can set up timeframes up to 24 hours and work out how much you can get sorted using multiple tasks and multiple of the same tasks.
