2nd AD Assistant is a tool designed for Assistant Directors, Production Coordinators, Production Managers, Production Assistants and anyone working in film, television, commercial production, and music video industry. 2nd AD Assistant works much like a virtual clipboard using your phone capabilities to make your job easier.

With 2nd AD Assistant you can create a master folder and fill the data fields with your production's information. This info will be included in each final talent contact sheet.

By selecting "+" you create a new file for each talent in you production. Enter their "name", "role", and select a position from the pull down menu. 2nd AD Assistant will use your phone camera to take photographs of the talent. Up to 4 photographs will fit on a single page.

When done press "save" and the talent file will be saved and 2nd AD Assistant will be ready for the next talent's information.

Throughout your production day, you can access any of the talent file and update their information, and add or delete photographs in new wardrobe.

At the end of the day, when you have documented all of your talent for the job, just select the upload icon to convert each individual talent file into PDF format and automatically upload to your Google Drive. [From your Google Drive easily share that folder with your production team for printing and distribution].
