The app features a Landlord Mode and Tenant Mode, allowing landlords to create and manage their properties while adding tenants. Tenants can report any issues with the properties directly to their landlords and provide reviews that serve as references for future tenants. Notifications ensure that both landlords and tenants are reminded of any pending tasks, particularly rent payments. The system also tracks and records tenants' payment history, noting whether rent is paid on time or delayed.
