HONG JI Precision Machinery is one of the leading manufacturers of high-efficiency deep hole drilling machines in Taiwan. HONG JI was established in 1980. Our factory is located in Taichung with a total area of 4000 square meters. We manufacture the cross slide table (vertical drilling) in the initial stage. In 70s, engineering industry flourished and brought promotion of equipment parts quality. However, the deep hole drilling machine still used the traditional method. Most of private enterprises had acquired a smattering of "Gun Drill" equipment. Making inefficiency products cannot meet customer requirements anymore.
We understood the above status, so collected information worldwide. After carefully evaluating, we manufacture first equipment with PLC controller in 1992. Now, HONG JI becomes a professional manufacturer for the series of high-efficiency deep hole drilling machine and gun drill equipment that are suitable for the specific processing of
• Automobile and motorcycle spare parts for crankshafts, turbine, connecting rods, shafts, power steering shafts.
• Plastic injection mold for coolant passages, eject pin and electrical heating holes.
• Glass mold for coolant passages.
• Medical equipment for artificial hollow bones.
• Others parts required to drill high precision deep holes.
The drilling capacity of our standard machines is for holes diameter: 1.5 ~ 50mm, depth: up to 3,000mm.
Except Taiwan factory, we also have two bureaus in China to provide maintenance service. In early 2006, we had a new branch in Thailand to supply immediately service of gun drill and deep hole drilling machine for customers of South-East Asia.
