Description

The personal account of the patient of the clinic "MK" Family Doctor "LLC (www.familydoctor.ru) gives registered users access to the main documents and services of the clinic:
• history of visits to the clinic (date, time, specialist);
• medical record (results of laboratory tests and functional diagnostics, description of doctors' appointments)
• appointments and recommendations;
• price list of clinic services;
• medical supervision programs (list, period of attachment);
• information on the movement of funds on deposits;
• online payment for clinic services;
• work schedule of specialists;
• online appointment (and cancellation of appointment);
• reference book of clinic addresses.

To send extracts (files) from a medical record, e-mail is used (the system must have a configured Mail Agent for sending mail).
The full version of the application can only be used by patients who have activated the "Personal Account" service in the registry of any building of the "Family Doctor" clinic.
