Description

Using an iterative Newton-Raphson method, a solution to nonlinear equation is obtained. User needs to provide equation to be solved in the form f(x)=0, as well as first derivative of f(x). Details of each iterations, such as current iteration number and current solution are graphically represented in the app. Finally, a converged solution is displayed in the output window. We believe that this app will serve as a great education platform for our users to understand general process of solution convergence obtained in several iterative methods including (but not limited to) Newton's method, Gradient Descent Algorithms in Machine Learning etc.
