EPSI BAN

Description

EPSI BAN, the mobile repayment application that makes life easier and frees up your wallet.

It enables merchants to generate and manage digital vouchers (BANs), making it easier for them to reimburse their customers while building loyalty. The BAN generated by the merchant on the EPSI platform is a credit for the customer, issued in the form of a digital voucher, corresponding to a monetary value that the customer to be reimbursed receives by SMS, and which enables them to purchase products or services from the same merchant or from any other merchant partner of the EPSI platform.

The BAN generated has the following characteristics:
- it is a credit note issued by the customer to the merchant
- its value is equivalent to the monetary value that the merchant owes the customer
- it cannot be lost
- it is instantly transferable
- it is "expirable
- it can be sold
- it is convertible
- acceptance is limited to merchants who are members of the EPSI platform
