Pull Ups - The pull-ups course on the horizontal bar is a program thanks to which you can develop your strength and muscles of the back. Pull Ups - The pull-ups course on the horizontal bar is your personal pull-up trainer.

The application includes the following functionality:
💪🏻- 8 levels, for a different level of training
💪🏼- quick statistics (your current average level of pull-ups, the current program)
💪🏽- the ability to change the program in case of a failed training
💪🏾- informative unit for learning a more detailed theory

Program rules: before starting workouts, perform a test. The test is to determine what maximum number of pull-ups you can do at a time. Now, based on the test result, select a program and start training. Press the button after each approach to call the timer for rest (rest the recommended time or change according to your feelings). Observe the regimen of rest and proper nutrition.

Example: in the test you did 10 pull-ups. Choose a program 9-11 times from the list. Do not forget to rest 2 days after the test for recovery.
