Description

The Elite inventory application is linked to the Elite accounting system, and the application helps you to facilitate the inventory of stores and warehouses for your facility and transfer them to the Elite accounting system, as well as reviewing the inventory quantities at any time and from anywhere. Among the most important functions of the application:
1. Inventory of stores at the level of each activity, branch and fiscal year.
2. Knowledge of the stock quantities of items.
3. Inquire about all transactions that were previously entered to modify or carry them over.
4. Migrate the transactions entered into the accounting system at any time.
5. Print reports of the inventory transactions that have been entered, as well as of the items not included in the inventory.
6. The possibility of saving a backup copy, as well as the possibility of restoring a backup copy.

Among the most important features of the application:
1- The ability to work as (OFFLINE) without direct connection to the server.
2- The possibility of entering more than one inventory movement with the possibility of stopping any movement and then resuming work on it later.
3- The application provides flexible variables that facilitate the inventory process, the most important of which are (reading the barcodes of items from the mobile camera or the device’s laser - and collecting quantities for similar items - automatic saving) and others.
4- Export reports to PDF.
5- Displaying statistics for items that are plus, minus, identical, and others.
