Description

Sprite animation cutter allows you to:

Test your sprite sheets.
Separate sprites from a sprite sheet and export them as individual PNG files.
Create animated GIFs from a sprite sheet or from separated sprites.
Extract frames from animated GIF files.
Create sprite sheets from GIFs, images, or another sprite sheet.

To test a sprite sheet, import the sprite sheet you want to test and specify the number of rows and columns the sprite sheet has, then press the play button.

If you want to exclude any sprite from the animation, you can split the sprite sheet and drag the sprite out of the frame. In the same way, you can also change the position of the sprites.

You can also export the sprites as separate images. Once you have opened the sprite sheet and specified the number of rows and columns, press the "Separate sprites" button to split the sprite sheet, and then press "Export sprites" to save sprites as individual files.

Sprite Animation Cutter has 6 playback modes:
MODE: Normal
MODE: Reversed
MODE: Loop
MODE: Loop Reversed
MODE: Loop Ping Pong
MODE: Loop Random

You can test the animation with the different playback modes. By default, the animation will play in MODE: Loop.
