· CX app help to know the business contact details on the go.
· Users can enter the call notes, next action, attachments and additional contacts on the go.
· Notifications will remind the users on the pending meetings.
· New Contact can be created on the go in your app.
· Push notification feature will help you not to miss any planned meetings.
· App helps you to know the complete details of the contact with current status.
· Creation of contact is not possible in app. But any kind of updating activity against to a contact is possible.
· Pending notification will help you to know about your future planned meetings.
· Any call notes sent from app, the subject of which is hardcoded as Call in the records.
· Date and time for call notes are auto captured.
· For next action participant mapping is compulsory. Only then notification can be enabled to the respective persons.
· Call option is enabled from notification and from conversation history page.
· If your device is configured with your email, then even sending mail to others is simple on the go from your app.
· Your favorite contact or company can be added and kept for regular and quick reference.
· Any activity to your contact in the past 30 days will reflect in your recent contacts for quick reference.
· Contacts and Accounts list will be listed according to batchwise. But if you know your contact you can search directly from the search option provided.
· Each maturity levels are uniquely called by webservice which will help you to know the status of the contacts on the go.
· User’s information who have created the call notes, next action will be available like chat app for reference.
· Conversations against to a contact can be filtered according to user’s need.
