Balipay is a mobile application-based electronic money service published by PT. Bali Regional Development Bank (Bank BPD Bali) which can be used anywhere and anytime. It's time to enjoy the convenience of transacting with Balipay in all non-cash transaction ecosystems throughout Indonesia that are accepted either online or through payment channels with the QRIS logo.
Just register with your mobile phone number, transactions at Balipay are easier, faster and more flexible.
Balipay has the following features:
1. Balipay Basic Standard - users only need to register in the form of a cellular phone number with standard balances and features
2. Balipay Premium – users need complete registration after registering as a Basic Standard user with balance and full service features
3. Balipay QRIS – Balipay users can transact at all merchants (stores) that accept transactions through the QRIS channel both online and offline
4. Payment for Booking Tickets for Tourist Attractions, Regional Taxes & Levies, Tourist Contributions, Electricity Bills (PLN), Household Water (PDAM), Telephones (Telkom) and Cellular Phones, E-Commerce, Educational Institutions, and other bills
5. Digital purchases such as Cellular Phone Credit, Internet Package Credit, Electricity Credit (PLN Token), vouchers, and others
6. Transfers to Balipay accounts and All Bank Accounts can be made through BaliPay Premium for transfers to fellow Balipay users or to Bank Accounts in Indonesia.
7. Top Up or Top Up Balance can be done with the Create Top Up Code feature which can be paid via ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and Bank BPD Bali Teller
8. and Virtual Account Up that can be paid via ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Bank BPD Bali Teller, and Transfer from Other Banks by entering the transfer option to Bank BPD Bali/Bank Code 129 + Prefix Code 99888 + Cellular Phone Number
