TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BORROWER:
•Specifically for Business Entities (PT/CV), a minimum of 2 years of operation and profit
•Employees from companies that have collaborated with Duha Syariah
•Especially for self-employed persons, they have received a recommendation from the Principal who cooperates with Duha Syariah

FINANCING STRUCTURE :
-Margin/Ujroh (fee) equivalent to 18% - 30% per year (maximum APR 30% per year)
-No service fees, administration, & late fees
- Tenor ranging from 3 months to 24 months
-Financing Limit up to Rp. 2 billion
-The process is fast, easy and transparent

Ujroh (fee): equivalent to 30% per year
Tenor : 3 months
Total Ujroh : (IDR 100,000,000 x 30% / 12) x 3 = IDR. 7,500,000
Service and administration fee : Rp. 0
Total Financing : Rp. 100,000,000 + Rp. 7,500,000 = Rp. 107,500,000

Purchase of goods
Financing Value: Rp. 2,000,000
Margin (fee): equivalent to 30% per year
Tenor : 6 months
Total Margin : (IDR 2,000,000 x 30% / 12) x 6 = IDR. 300,000
Service and administration fee : Rp. 0
Total Financing : Rp. 2,000,000 + Rp. 300,000 = Rp. 2,300,000

Umrah Travel, Education and Other Services
Financing Value: Rp. 20,000,000
Ujroh (fee): Equivalent to 30% per year
Tenor : 12 months
Total Ujroh: Rp. 20,000,000 x 30% = Rp. 6,000,000
Service and administration fee : Rp. 0
Total Financing : Rp. 20,000,000 + Rp. 6,000,000 = Rp. 26,000,000
Amount of Monthly Installments: Rp. 26,000,000 / 12 = Rp. 2,166,667

HOW TO REGISTER FOR BORROWERS:

2. Registration as Recipient of Financing (Borrower)
3. Select the type of financing (Multipurpose/Umroh/Invoice Financing)
4. Complete the requested data and documents
5. You can already meet your needs by:
a. Working Capital Financing for Business Players: Upload the invoice that you want to submit through the Duha Syariah application, submit it after completing the submission details
b. Multipurpose: Shop at Bhinneka.com/Halalpedia.com, select the Duha Syariah payment method/contact CS for other product options
