Description

DreamDiner aims to bring a new taste to restaurant management by digitalizing the preparation control and the service experience.

The system includes a four app eco-system, working together cloud-based and in real-time, so preparation is optimized, more accurate, and eventually for better client satisfaction.

This is the Waiters App:
Manages the orders from the tables, can receive orders directly from the customer, and of course, gets an alert from the kitchen as soon as the dish is ready to deliver to the customer as quickly as possible.

The Admin App:
Full business control at your fingertips: overview in real-time all orders and preparations, checkout revenue, can manage all products, menus, employees, and produce exciting reports.

The Kitchen App:
Varies and places at each terminal workstation in the kitchen to receive all orders directly from the customers, then begin promoting each dish with a drag-and-drop interface according to the preparation stages until the digital declaration the item is ready to deliver!

The Client App:
Here is where the whole process starts... with a friendly interface of making the personal order, setting the dishes and personal preferences for each item ordered, then triggered directly to the relevant kitchen terminal to begin preparation. While waiting, the user is updated on the progress of the preparation process, pays online for the order, adds more items, calls the waiter, and of course, rates the quality and service.
