Description
Mobile application for Android that aims to record invoices with the help of the camera of the device, reading the data of the QR codes printed on the invoices. This allows to considerably reduce the time of the transcription of invoices for the presentation of the different forms (Form F-110 or Form LC-IVA) to National Taxes of Bolivia, or another similar purpose.
Features :
- Compatible with Android 4.4 or higher.
- Capture of the invoice data through the camera of the mobile device, identifying the values of the QR code printed on the invoice, storing the information in the mobile application.
- Intelligent recognition of values present in QR codes, for invoices that do not fully comply with the regulations. For example, the value of the Total is in the position that the Issuance Date should be.
- Possibility to register forms and invoices manually, in addition you can edit, modify, delete and copy the data captured and entered.
- Option to export the invoices in .csv format and in .txt for the Facilito program (separated data with semicolons).
- Possibility of sharing the information in .csv and .txt format with some service of the mobile device. Eg Email, Drive, DropBox, Bluetooth, etc.
- Ease of use, can be used by different people with different experience in mobile.
- Compatible with different sizes and screen formats.
