- Customers have a Multi-Function Card account/Deposit Deposit account/Credit Card account opened at Vikki Bank, and have registered for Vikki Bank's Internet Banking service.
- Customers using smartphones and mobile devices with Internet connection (3G/4G/Wifi)
- Customers log in with Customer Code (10 Multi-Function Card account numbers or 08 Payment Deposit account numbers) and Password of Internet Banking method.
- Customers have registered to use SMS authentication solution or/and authentication card to authenticate transactions on Internet Banking according to Vikki Bank's regulations from time to time.
