The ESI Event Scheduler is an easy-to-use integrated event management software application that allows Event Staffing Planners to manage their employees and plan out their workforce schedules. Staffing Planners can schedule up to 12 events per day while allowing their employees to select which events they are available to work via the ESI mobile application. The ESI mobile application not only allows ESI to replace their paper-based approach, but it simplifies the event sign up process by allowing ESI Leaders to closely monitor the event registration progress and easily assigning staff to the various scheduled events.
