Description

We offer fun lessons to do at home, alone or with friends.
Whether you are a beginner or an athlete at heart, you will find sessions that you will love! You will feel progress quickly and your body will thank you :)

Classes include various gentle gym practices:
- beginner, intermediate and advanced pilates
- stretching
- cardio pilates
-Swissball
- relaxation

The sessions last between 15 and 45 min to adapt to everyone's schedule :)
