Just open the app and if you want to post a complaint use the complaint button and select the issue you're facing in your area and fill the details with a picture and click Submit.

If you don't see the problem in the list please choose the other option and type your problem manually.
As soon as our officials see the problem in realtime you just posted, they will fix the problem as soon as possible.

What's more?

By using this app you can also post some event details in your area and share with others who are using this app as well.

You can also vote up on any other complaint relevant to you and get regular updates on status of the complaint in the form of a push notification with the ‘Resolved’ image uploaded by the assigned sanitary inspector/engineer.

You can also reopen the complaint if you are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint.

1. Don’t like what you posted? No problem! Our new feature now allows you to edit or delete your complaint. You can also post complaints by uploading a photo from your phone’s Photo Gallery and then add the location of the complaint.
