We remain at the forefront of offering technological tools to all our policyholders, and we are pleased to announce the launch of our Dentegra Mobile App.

1. My Policy
- Check your policy number, current plan, annual limit, policyholder guide (downloadable PDF), and network type (Open or Closed).
- Check your electronic ID and policy certificate*.
- The policyholder can review the terms of their dental insurance and those of their beneficiaries (if applicable).

*Applies to Traditional and Individual businesses.

2. Network Dentist and Optical Search
- Search by: Address, geographic location, specialty, office, dental clinic, or optical store.
- View the name, address, specialties, and opening hours of all our providers.

3. Dental Appointment Scheduling
- Provide three dates and times to increase availability.
- Confirm your appointment in the Notifications section.
- Check your upcoming appointments, including date, time, and address, with the option to contact the provider if you have any questions.
- The policyholder can coordinate appointments for their beneficiaries.

4. Favorites
- Save your provider as a favorite and keep their information handy.

5. Assistance
- We're here to help you at any time. You can send an email or call our Dentegra Contact Center.

6. Notification
- Receive reminders the day before so you can attend your appointment.
- Learn relevant information based on your policy.
- Evaluate our service through surveys.
