Description

DDS is a mobile application offered by DDS Supply Chain (https://www.dds-supplychain.com/) to track the real-time transportation of goods and facilitate information exchanges between shippers and carriers.
By scanning the transport order (Qr Code), the carrier becomes aware of the shipments and deliveries they are responsible for, updating the sender or the recipient about the progress status.

If incidents occur during the journey, during loading or delivery, a predefined list of events allows the driver to declare the anomaly, delay, or advancement by clicking on the corresponding status and thereby automatically alerting the order giver or the recipient. This mobile application also allows the capture of a signature and up to 10 photos per event. The driver is also offered the input of the actual quantities loaded or delivered.

This real-time feedback allows the sender to be more proactive and thus provide better service to their clients.

For transport companies, drivers no longer need to return to their company; they connect directly via the Join2ship application to accept or decline the delivery passed on by the sender. This quick access to information brings significant time savings for the carrier.

Traceability information is visible on the DDS platform and automatically synchronizes with the mobile application.
