You decide about your Deutsche Bank MasterCard (debit and credit card)! With its configuration options, our “My Card” app offers you extensive transparency and the ability to control your debit or credit card individually and as needed.

The most important FUNCTIONS of the “My Card” app at a glance:
- Activate or deactivate your Deutsche Bank Mastercard with one click, differentiated and individually according to e.g. B. Payments on the Internet or abroad.
- View and check all expenses of your Deutsche Bank Mastercard immediately after purchasing and save the receipt as an image file directly to the transaction.
- Would you like to know how much you have filled up with the card so far? Our sorted spending history gives you information.
- A quick look at the always current credit limit informs you about the total amount of your previous expenses.
- You will receive prompt push notifications about your sales - you can also set this up individually.
Over and beyond:
- Initiate payment complaints quickly and easily via the app
- Always have important telephone numbers such as customer service and blocked numbers with you
- Find ATMs near you

REQUIREMENTS
The “My Card” app can be used with all Deutsche Bank MasterCards. These are e.g. E.g. the Deutsche Bank MasterCard, Deutsche Bank MasterCard GOLD, Deutsche Bank MasterCard Travel, Deutsche Bank MasterCard PLATINUM, Deutsche Bank MasterCard BLACK or Deutsche Bank Card Plus. The “My Card” app can also be used for the Deutsche Bank BusinessCard and Deutsche Bank BusinesCard Direct. Exception: the “My Card” app is not available for the Deutsche Bank Card Virtual.

HINTS
The app requires access to your location to support the ATM search. Your location is used to navigate to a desired branch or ATM using the ATM function.

To use the individually adjustable push notifications, it is recommended to activate the push notifications for the app. Without this activation, push notifications cannot be received.
