HYROX PROGRAM is the first online training program in which you can prepare your competition in HYROX or simply practice this new form of training with a weekly schedule.
HYROX PROGRAM was born in response to the growing demand for a training plan to compete in HYROX.
HYROX is a high participation fitness competition that takes place indoors in the main cities of each country. It is a competition accessible to all people with a minimum level of physical condition, since the exercises do not require a complex technique.
Anyone over the age of 16 can participate in a HYROX event. If you practice sports regularly and are looking for a new challenge, HYROX is the perfect competition for you.
