- Compare your profile with that of the jobs you have selected, in order to get on the right track,
- Discover the top 5 jobs that best suit your profile,
- Explore and understand your profile and that of other people,
- Diagnose your learning style to learn how to learn and memorize faster, with less effort.

You will also be able to:

- Estimate the profile of your friends, teachers, tutors or parents,
- Invite your friends to compare their profile with yours and enhance your communication skills.

Based on research on brain function, HBDI junior® (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument®) is an assessment of cognitive styles that defines and describes the brain preferences of a student or an apprentice.

The HBDI junior® is a professional tool. The Brain Ressources application should be used in accordance with best practices. We recommend to have any profile debriefed by a Brain Ressources certified practitioner, in order to prevent from any misinterpretation or misuse.
The Brain Ressources application is not meant to replace a debriefing session ; it enables participants to access information about their profile during the session and helps them capitalize on their results.
