Description
The ApaVital MyAccount application is intended for ApaVital customers who have a contract for the provision of water and / or sewerage services concluded with ApaVital S.A.
The following features are available in the mobile app:
- records of several associated contracts and related places of consumption
- record of water bills and consumption (historical index)
- transmitting the self-reading of the meter index
- secure payment of issued invoices
- record (history) of payments
- setting the receipt of the invoice in electronic / paper format by customers
- setting incoming email notifications
- reporting reported incidents
Required permissions:
- on the INTERNET, for data transfer from ApaVital servers; without internet access the application cannot work
- at the STORAGE space, to download and view payment invoices.
