Vision City Mega Mall has a gross floor area of 45,000 square meters with one major or anchor tenant, being the RH Hypermarket, which currently occupies a massive 8,500 square meter site on the ground floor. There are also other 4 mini-majors tenants with each occupying more than 700 square meters each, including 600 seats Dynasty Restaurant, City Pharmacy, Star Office Works, and a 500 seats 3-cinemas complex on the top floor.
