Warmed by the eastern Washington sun, and cooled by waters of lake Chelan and the Columbia River, our two vineyards are ideally suited to produce top quality grapes. Owner David Dufenhorst explains, "The glacial till soil of our Clos Cheval Vineyard, and the tumbled granite soil in Double D Vineyard, create a unique terroir for our vines."
With his wife Michelle, David has brought Rocky Pond from impossible dream to award winning reality.
