'Trace Task' is an App that will capture multiple Steps in a Task. For each step you can record: 1) Different Jobs (Tasks). 2) One or more Steps per Task. 3) Geo Location 4) Person QR code or bar code 5) Location QR code or bar code 6) Take a photograph 7) Type a short note 8) The Date and Time when you recorded the job recorded, 8) Use the power of your mobile device, 9) Enter into the world of recording the activities of a Mobile Workforce without investing in large systems. Once you have all your Steps recorded you can email the Task file to prove that the work has been done. You can have multiple Steps per Task, and multiple Tasks per Task File. The Trace Task process proves the task and provides traceability.

So, here is a benefit. You can see from a Task's Steps what route around your property at 2am in the morning. The Security Guard can prove his/her attendance by entering text, capturing QR codes, taking a photograph and saving the Geo Location of his position. The Geo Location coordinates can be entered into Google Maps to show his/her route.

A ‘Window Cleaner’ or ‘Repair Person’ can record details of a job as they work through their day. A customer may ask for evidence of work or you may wish to record the cost or other details about a job for your own reminders and records. You might want to prove to your boss that you were present at the start and end of the day.
As a ‘Cleaner’ the job could be dirty and you need to send evidence of why the job took longer than expected. This could be used to support your payment claims from your manager and the customer.

You could be an employee using a system that isn't that good and you want to prove to your manager that you completed some work.

You could be a manager or a small business owner that does not have the resource to pay for sophisticated systems or you just might need something to fill the gaps where your system isn't quite flexible enough.
