comjoodoc EASY is the unique app with which patients can be looked after digitally by their healthcare provider. It enables the trustful, location-independent exchange of vital signs, laboratory values and medication data between patients and doctors. Patients receive reminders throughout the day and can communicate with the healthcare provider via chat.
Healthcare providers are able to interact with patients via the comjoodoc platform and the comjoodoc PRO portal.
