Founded in 2012 by Darrell Rabess as a one-to-one personal training company in the UK we have since become the ‘go to name’ for fitness, lifestyle and wellbeing in the industry. For many, our whole ethos complements their busy schedules and hectic lifestyles, and it is why are clients keep coming back. Our results speak for themselves. We are not following the crowd nor are we about the latest fads and trends! We have created are own unique systems that have been trialled and tested, these methods have collaboratively been founded by the Simply Rabess team with one goal in mind and that is to improve the wellbeing of our clients.

Our expert team, including personal trainers, therapists, international athletes and world-class competition winners. The depth of technical knowledge and practical application is evident in our style and approach, both from a nutrition and fitness perspective. Unlike others, we do not judge or critique, we motivate, support and work with each person to find a solution that is unique to them.

Everyone that comes to us for support is different and knowing this is the reason why we get the best results. The ability to draw conclusions from an initial consultation (focusing on diet, fitness and therapy) allows us to build an in-depth picture of that person – it is why we have made it compulsory for anyone joining. Although our programmes are underpinned by Simply’s fundamental philosophies; mind, body and soul conditioning we understand the true importance of the variables each individual has in life.

Founder Darrell Rabess is a Lifestyle trainer fully certified by the national academy of sports medicine. Darrell has been involved in the fitness industry for more than a decade. For Darrell fitness is a way of life so he maintains a healthy balance all year round. Darrell takes his training very seriously and has years of experience as a fitness professional, personal trainer and lifestyle coach particularly to Corporate professionals, young athletes, celebrities & those known for having ‘hot bodies’ in their industry.

Darrell has appeared in numerous magazine interviews, fitness marketing campaigns, appeared on Sky TV’s active channel presenting his own fitness shows, and featured in several adverts co-writing the production.

Darrell inspires thousands of people through setting an example, practicing what he preaches helping them surpass their training goals in a natural, focused and healthy way.


Our app integrates with Health Connect and wearables to provide personalized coaching and precise fitness tracking. By using health data, we enable regular check-ins and track progress over time, ensuring optimal results for a more effective fitness experience.
