Welcome to the Kennedy Club Fitness App. Sign up for classes, courts, swim lanes or conveniently pay your account balances, check your visit history and more, for any of the four Kennedy Club Fitness locations: Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande. Your KCF membership includes full use of all four locations, five pools, over 300 group exercise classes each week including Cycling, Yoga, Barre, Aqua, Strength-Training, Cardio, Pilates and more. State-of-the-art cardio and strength/functional training areas, basketball, racquetball, squash, handball and volleyball are also available. Enjoy the K-Zone Recovery/Relaxation Centers offering Decompression Massage Chairs, HydroMassage, Infrared Cocoons and Red-Fit Room. All instructors and personal trainers are certified to help you reach your health and fitness goals safely and successfully.
