Click Inspect, a property inspection app that aims to save property managers time and effort by automating the scheduling, inspection, and reporting process.

Click Inspect can be used on an Android mobile or tablet device and allows PM to access their portfolio, tenant/owner details, and property information.

It includes features such as a simple schedule of inspections, the ability to inspect properties with checklists, comments, and photos, and the ability to automatically generate professional-looking inspection reports with the click of one button.

The app syncs wirelessly to a web version, where users can see all their reports and download them in PDF or MS Word format.

Here’s How It Works:


1). Import all of your properties into Click Inspect from the web version which runs in your web browser.

2). Inspect properties using your mobile device.

3). Hit the Sync button to sync the inspections wirelessly to the web version.

4). Login to the web version to see all your reports and download them in PDF or MS Word format.
