Description

@ -RECLAM is a Web and Mobile platform for any structure or institution wishing to manage customer complaints
This platform has two components:
• A web administration platform for the institution
• A mobile application for customers hosted on the Play store
A workflow system is in place from the initialization of the customer's request, the processing of the request by the actors involved in solving the problem until the reception of a response by the customer.
A system for measuring customer satisfaction has also been put in place.
