Mobile Presence and SIMPEG Cirebon district government
m-PRAS is a mobile presence application or Android-based Presence Application for the Cirebon Regency Government.
m-PRAS is used to record the presence of civil servants within the Cirebon district government which can be done in three ways, namely through fingerprints, KPE or Electronic Employee Cards and QR Codes located in each work unit.
The designed business process is adjusted to the provisions of Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Civil Servant Management.
Attendance App features include:
1. Normal attendance is limited using the workplace office radius
2. Presence of WFH
3. Izun Leave or Sick
4. Foreign Service Permit
5. Attendance Recap per month and year
SIMPEG application features include independent data update proposals, including:
1. employee profile data
2. rank data
3. job data
4. formal education data
5. training data
6. Salary data
7. electronic document data
KPE Application Features, including electronic document storage with QR Code authentication
