StackO Remote

Description

StackO Remote is an app that allows you to control your StackO rail wirelessly using WiFi and your local network as well as assisting you in the process of taking images for macro photography by image stacking.

The application has a depth of field or DoF calculator that allows to assist in the selection of the required step length according to the desired magnification.

Two modes of operation are presented:
1. By distance: In this mode you must enter the total length that the rail must travel (which must be a multiple of the step length). This mode is useful if you already have the calculation of your stride length and the distance you must travel to get all the shots with different points in focus.

2. Point to point: In this mode, you must mark a starting point, which would mark the first photo to be taken, and then move the rail to the point where the last shot should be taken. Once both points have been marked, the rail returns to the starting point and proceeds to take the shots one by one.

The app also allows you to save your settings to the controller.
