Description

USR Movil has been designed to facilitate the access of Grupo Gloria users to the IT Requirements System (USR)
 
The application has the following functionalities:
1. Interactive dashboard that allows viewing the status of the requirements registered by users.
2. Allows the recording of the response (Approval or Rejection) of a request by the designated approvers.
3. Direct communication with the attention channels of the Corporate Help Desk (HelpDesk.)
