It is also possible to make a statement with the Ombudsman, access support, with clarification of doubts via chat or telephone.

This APP uses modern security tools, such as facial recognition and voice recognition of the registered beneficiary to identify him, thus preventing him from having to travel to a department to carry out his annual proof of life obligations and carry out his re-registration.

All beneficiary registration information must be filled in directly in the APP, and it is not recommended that the beneficiary send their data to third parties by SMS or telephone. Cearaprev does not request credit or debit card data.
