Description

Aqua Alert offers you the ease and convenience of monitoring and controlling your softener from your mobile phone. Aqua Alert is available on new Novo 485HE, WaterGroup 185UF and Hydrotech 785HE water softeners that specify they are equipped with Aqua Alert technology. Note: available only on new 85HE softeners that specify they are equipped with Aqua Alert. Aqua Alert cannot be added to existing Canature WaterGroup softeners that aren’t equipped with Aqua Alert.
Key Features:
• Monitor your softener performance. See how much water is softened daily, weekly, monthly, and annually as well as the last regeneration date, current flow rate and peak flow rate.
• Holiday Remote Access. Remotely regenerate and monitor your softener.
• High Water Usage Alert. You’ll be notified if a constant flow of water is going through the softener for a prolonged period of time indicating a potential leak in your plumbing system.
• Salt Management system notifies you every time the system has used 40 lbs (a typical bag of salt). A physical salt switch notifies you when your system’s salt level is low.

• Real time error alerts. Find out right away if your water system is not functioning properly. For example, if your meter is not working, if the regeneration was interrupted, or if the valve failed to complete or advance to next cycle position.
• Schedule Service Reminders for problem water systems. Receive automated reminders when it’s time for regularly scheduled servicing to keep your system running optimally.
• Optional: Leak Detection & Remote Water Shut-off. Receive a notification to your phone if a leak is detected and remotely shut-off your water supply from anywhere. Additional hardware required. Talk to your service provider for details.
