CallGear is a service which provides VPBX, CallTracking and digital marketing tools.
The app unites handling of all communications (chats, inquiries and calls) within one interface. Your agents will process them at the right moment and won't miss a lead. As a result you will shorten the handling time of leads with the help of user-friendly interface and additional tools.
The app allows:
1. to answer and process calls, chats, website inquiries, chats from messengers and social networks;
2. to make calls and send messages to clients (as well as to start the communication with the client);
3. to get more information about the client (e.g source, ad campaign);
4. to transfer the chat to colleagues, if the agent can't help the client;
5. to check the communication log to get more clients' details;
6. to use the statuses to inform your colleagues whether you are available to hold clients' requests or not;
7. to receive push notifications on chats, inquiries and calls to handle clients' requests in double-quick time."
