Please, if you have any problems before entering a negative rating, contact your fitness center or our technical support, describing the malfunction in detail. Often the problems that arise do not depend on the application but are related to the IT and network infrastructure of the fitness center.

If you have entered a negative evaluation and your problem has been solved, we kindly invite you to issue a new evaluation, reporting that the malfunction has been resolved.

The application can be used by members, staff and management of a modern fitness center.

Subscribers can check their subscription, deadlines, medical certificate and payments, book courses and services, purchase subscriptions and products, check the training plan and interact with the center staff by viewing confidential messages and communications sent by their own commercial consultant and instructor.

The staff of the center can check their agenda and enter appointments, plan CRM activities and record the attendance of those enrolled in the lessons and services provided.

The Club manager can carry out checks on the progress of the Club and monitor the work of the staff.
