47-minute contactless boxing sessions to get yourself in shape quickly and effectively. We combine rounds of punching to the beat of the music with functional exercises, making us a high intensity workout. The perfect formula to lose weight quickly and get a toned, strong, and agile body.
Our punching bags are equipped with sensors that will give you a score at the end of each session. Using the Brooklyn Fitboxing app, you can monitor your evolution, averages, world ranking, and --of course-- you can book your training sessions.
