After registering, you can book an appointment directly in the app with a physiotherapist from our experienced team. They will guide you step by step through the setup and show you how to use the app safely and easily.
You’ll receive a personalized health plan that includes breathing, stretching, and movement exercises tailored to your needs and goals. This allows you to train effectively and strengthen your airways – all from the comfort of your home.
