QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES :
get list of apps installed on your device for enabling voice notification for individual app.
Without Query All Package permission we didn't get list of installed apps and we cannot work our app core functionality.
So we have to need query all packages permission for our app run perfectly in all versions.
