Liquefaction calculator is an advanced yet simple-to-use tool for mathematical modeling of wave-induced seabed liquefaction, which utilizes cloud computing.
Provides a multi-platform interface (smart phone, tablet or PC) with a modern design that priorities speed and simplicity.
Has the ability to model both monetary liquefaction, and residual liquefaction.
Uses all relevant metocean and soil parameters as input, and suggests default values where applicable.
Accounts for the influence of following or opposing currents.
Calculates liquefaction-induced sinking or floatation damages of marine structures such as pipelines, individual blocks, gravity-based structures, sea mines or anchors.
Tailored for pipeline design in liquefiable soil. Assesses whether a given pipeline has the risk of floatation or sinking in a liquefied seabed due to waves, and calculates the floatation / sinking velocity, ultimate sinking depth and floatation / sinking time if applicable.
Easily accessible and exportable outputs as numerical values and charts.
Prepares a readily-typeset detailed engineering report including all the results.
