Following from our successful Bird Id website (www.birdid.co.uk) which has helped birders around the world identify over 1 million birds, we have now developed an app for all your bird identification needs.
Using visual characteristics, Bird Id helps you to easily identify different species of birds, as well as identifying the detailed differences, for example, between juveniles and adults. Exploring our search engine brings key information to your fingertips covering hundreds of different bird species worldwide.
The intuitive app also enables you to explore population distributions around the world, and discover recent sightings locally and across the globe.
A mobile/WiFi internet connection is required to use Bird Id.
