Description
These tests were developed by William Martin. The test is based on the principle of the division and fragmentation of the human nature and behavior in which each person acts into four main sections. These include Dominance, Influence, Stability, and Compliance. William to prove the validity of his theory of ideas, which turned into a global test later.
