With the BienLab program you will be able to create a community where you will play for 12 weeks, while you create wellness habits; accompanied by a multidisciplinary team of nutritional, emotional health and physical conditioning.

At the beginning you will answer a questionnaire to determine the stage of well-being in which you are and thus escalate to other stages by changing lifestyle habits. Within the application you will have different tools such as:

• Active breaks, which recharge you with energy and tranquility.
• School of emotional well-being, to connect with your basic emotions.
• Wall to build community and share best practices among colleagues.
• Easy and healthy recipes, to cook and connect with food from its preparation.
• 10 lifestyle challenges, which will allow you to make the changes obvious and attractive.
• Live chat with Nutritionists and Psychologists, to accompany you in the process.
• Agenda for one-to-one consultations, to work on more specific needs.
• Markers of progress and stages of well-being to create the ideal formula for you.
